CBSE Class 10th 2021 Result Date, Time: Among the lakhs of students awaiting the results of the board examination, the Central Board of Secondary Education is unlikely to announce the results of the Class 10th today. The announcement of the results for the 10th class was expected as the CBSE had stated that the results would be released by mid-July. However, the CBSE has now stated that there is a delay in the announcement of Class 10th results and a similar announcement is not possible this week. Sanyam Bhardwaj, head of examinations at CBSE, told the Indian Express that the Class 10 results were delayed due to a number of schools not submitting marks for student examinations within the board.

Bardwaj told Indian Express that the results would not be announced this week as few schools have not yet submitted their examination marks. The official also said a circular would be issued to fight schools that failed to submit internal marks and a notice would be issued for all those schools.

CBSE 10th and 12th Board results to be out by July 31

Known for its careful and accurate conduct of annual board exams, CBSE, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, has faced major challenges in conducting board exams in 2020 and 2021. Last year, the CBSE despite the Covid-19 closure was able to announce the results of the 10th class on July 15 as it conducted several academic tests prior to the national closure by the central government. However, the second fierce Covid-19 epidemic this year coincided with a plan to force the board to cancel both Class 10 and 12 board tests this year.

In another program, the board will issue final marks for students on the basis of their performance in the previous class, internal assessment and class tests conducted this year. Similar to the delay in Class 10th board test results, CBSE also failed to announce the Class 12th exams this year and the result is not expected to be released for at least a few weeks. However, the board reiterated that both Class 10 and Class 12 results will be announced later this month.
