Google has prepared a doodle on the occasion of the 191st birth anniversary of Fatima Sheikh, the first Muslim teacher.

Today i.e. on January 9, Google has launched a special Google Doodle. The woman to appear in a Google Doodle is India's first Muslim female teacher on her 191st birthday. Google has updated this great Google Doodle to show respect to him. Fatima Sheikh along with social reformers Jyoti Ba Phule and Savitri Bai Phule established a traditional library in 1848. They are also considered to be the first girls' school in the country.
Fatima Sheikh was born on this day on 9 January 1831 in Pune. He lived with his brother Usman. When the Phule couple were evicted by their father from a Dalit and poor education, Usman and Fatima also gave them shelter in their home.
