World Teachers' Day 2019: International Teachers Day is celebrated every year on 5 October. The theme of World Teachers Day Theme is 'Young Teachers: Future of the Education Sector' ("Young Teachers: The Future of the Profession"). Teacher's day is celebrated on different days in countries around the world. But World Teachers' Day was celebrated for the first time in 1994 after UNESCO's recommendations were accepted by the United Nations in 1966. The UNESCO recommendations set out the conditions and conditions for their initial preparation and further education, recruitment, employment, teaching and learning, along with mentioning the rights and responsibilities of teachers. On the day of World Teacher's Day, teachers are honored for their work. On this day, students express their love and respect towards teachers in their own way.

Teacher's day is celebrating on 5 September in India. Teachers' Day is celebrated on 10 September in China. In the US, Teacher's Day is celebrated on the Tuesday of the first full week of May. At the same time, National Teacher's Day is celebrated every year on 16 January in Thailand.

Celebrated Teacher's day is on 5 September in India


Teacher's day in India is celebrated on 5 September on the birthday of former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was the first Vice-President of India, the second President, the great philosopher, the best teacher, the scholar and the politician. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan nominated for the Nobel Prize 27 Times. In 1954, he was awarded the Bharat Ratna.
